Some people would argue that Windows 7 is a OS from windows but am very sure those people probably don't use the Starter Edition. Someone complain that he was not able to change Wallpaper on Window 7 Starter Edition, Why on Earth would Window think its not neccessary to change wallpaper on Window Starter.
Not until recently when the Complain keep getting out of Hand, We have decided to solve the Problem and am happy to say that you're on the Right page to solve the Problem!...
Tips: Before making use of this Software, Ensure that you're making use of window 7 Starter, else dont use this Software! You can check your Window's version by Right Clicking on the Computer Icon on your Desktop > Properties > It will appear on the First Line of the pop-up window.
HOW TO CHANGE WALLPAPER ON WINDOW 7 STARTER
1. We are gonna be making use of a Software Called "Oceanis Change Background W7" to change the Wallpaper of our PC on Window 7 Starter Edition.
2. Unzip and Install the Software on your PC, After Installation, Restart you PC.
3. Then you will see that the Application has already applied or change the wallpaper when your PC is ON, but you might want to change it. Just Click on the "Start Button" on your PC, Click on the "Oceanis Change Background W7"
4. Then something like this will open:
Then Locate the Option with "Default Wallpaper" , Click on it and choose "Image".
5. Tick the Box beside any Image you will like to Use and click on the Save Changes.
NOTE:
> You can Tick as many Image as you want, It will make your Wallpaper Slides, As in your wallpaper will be changing.
> Don't Use this Software on other Edition of Window 7 because it will get you angry!
